Polish recent changes and make improvements

- Simulate SIGPIPE on Windows NT
- Fix commandv() regression on Windows NT
- Fix sigprocmask() strace bug on OpenBSD
- Add many more system calls to --strace logging
- Make errno state more pristine in redbean strace
