Justine Tunney	0b3c81dd4e	Make fork() go 30% faster ... This change makes fork() go nearly as fast as sys_fork() on UNIX. As for Windows this change shaves about 4-5ms off fork() + wait() latency. Justine Tunney	1422e96b4e	Introduce native support for MacOS ARM64 ... There's a new program named ape/ape-m1.c which will be used to build an embeddable binary that can load ape and elf executables.
