flip et / noet in modelines
...
`et` means `expandtab`.

Fix vi modelines ( #989 )
...
At least in neovim, `│vi:` is not recognized as a modeline because it
has no preceding whitespace. After fixing this, opening a file yields
an error because `net` is not an option. (`noet`, however, is.)

Don't modify argument block on MacOS Arm64
...
Some dynamic library had access to this information somehow and was
crashing when it didn't have the expected structure.
