This change introduces a new deadlock detector for Cosmo's POSIX threads
implementation. Error check mutexes will now track a DAG of nested locks
and report EDEADLK when a deadlock is theoretically possible. These will
occur rarely, but it's important for production hardening your code. You
don't even need to change your mutexes to use the POSIX error check mode
because `cosmocc -mdbg` will enable error checking on mutexes by default
globally. When cycles are found, an error message showing your demangled
symbols describing the strongly connected component are printed and then
the SIGTRAP is raised, which means you'll also get a backtrace if you're
using ShowCrashReports() too. This new error checker is so low-level and
so pure that it's able to verify the relationships of every libc runtime
lock, including those locks upon which the mutex implementation depends.
At least in neovim, `│vi:` is not recognized as a modeline because it
has no preceding whitespace. After fixing this, opening a file yields
an error because `net` is not an option. (`noet`, however, is.)

The build/bootstrap/ar.com program is now tinier. This change reduces
its size from 140kb to 53kb. Nothing was traded away. Cosmopolitan Ar
performance is now 2x better than llvm-ar largely thanks to using the
copy_file_range() system call. This change homebrews a new allocation
API that addresses the shortcomings of the C standard library design.
Using these new balloc() and reballoc() functions I managed to reduce
memory consumption so much that Cosmpolitan Ar should now use roughly
100x fewer bytes of peak resident memory compared to llvm-ar. Correct
behavior with better compatibility has been assured. Binary output is
now pretty much bit-identical to llvm-ar, as of this change. This can
and should be the living proof we need to show that a better world is
possible for software.

New netcat clone in examples/nc.c:
While testing some of the failure conditions for redbean, I noticed that
BusyBox's `nc` command is pretty busted, if you use it as an interactive
tool, rather than having it be part of a pipeline. Unfortunately this'll
only work on UNIX since Windows doesn't let us poll on stdio and sockets
at the same time because I don't think they want tools like this running
on their platform. So if you want forbidden fruit, it's here so enjoy it
