Rerun clang-format on the repo (#1217)
🚨 clang-format changes output per version!

This is with version 19.0.0. The modifications seem to be fixing the old
version’s errors - mainly involving omitted whitespace around binary ops
and inserted whitespace between goto labels and colons (if followed by a
curly brace.)

Also fixes a few mistakes made by e.g. someone (ahem) forgetting to pass
his ctl/string.h modifications through it.

We should add this to .git-blame-ignore-revs once we have its final hash
on master.

flip et / noet in modelines
`et` means `expandtab`.

```sh
rg 'vi: .* :vi' -l -0 | \
  xargs -0 sed -i '' 's/vi: \(.*\) et\(.*\)  :vi/vi: \1 xoet\2:vi/'
rg 'vi: .*  :vi' -l -0 | \
  xargs -0 sed -i '' 's/vi: \(.*\)noet\(.*\):vi/vi: \1et\2  :vi/'
rg 'vi: .*  :vi' -l -0 | \
  xargs -0 sed -i '' 's/vi: \(.*\)xoet\(.*\):vi/vi: \1noet\2:vi/'
Fix vi modelines (#989)
At least in neovim, `│vi:` is not recognized as a modeline because it
has no preceding whitespace. After fixing this, opening a file yields
an error because `net` is not an option. (`noet`, however, is.)
[metal] Fix bug: do not initialize IDT & TSS if unneeded (#654)
libc/intrin/interrupts.S should not be linked in unless
an IDT (or TSS) is explicitly requested somewhere (i.e.
it should probably not be a mandatory module).
Left-align stub arguments to dd (fixes #374) (#598)
This satisfies busybox's non-standard integer
argument parsing, and even saves a few bytes.
edd9297eba Support malloc() on bare metal
Your Actually Portable Executables now contains a simple virtual memory
that works similarly to the Linux Kernel in the sense that it maps your
physical memory to negative addresses. This is needed to support mmap()
and malloc(). This functionality has zero code size impact. For example
the MODE=tiny LIFE.COM executable is still only 12KB in size.
The APE bootloader code has also been simplified to improve readibility
and further elevate the elegance by which we're able to support so many
platforms thereby enhancing verifiability so that we may engender trust
in this bootloading process.
e75ffde09e Get codebase completely working with LLVM
You can now build Cosmopolitan with Clang:
    make -j8 MODE=llvm
    o/llvm/examples/hello.com
The assembler and linker code is now friendly to LLVM too.
So it's not needed to configure Clang to use binutils under
the hood. If you love LLVM then you can now use pure LLVM.
