Make improvements
This change progresses our AARCH64 support:

- The AARCH64 build and tests are now passing
- Add 128-bit floating-point support to printf()
- Fix clone() so it initializes cosmo's x28 TLS register
- Fix TLS memory layout issue with aarch64 _Alignas vars
- Revamp microbenchmarking tools so they work on aarch64
- Make some subtle improvements to aarch64 crash reporting
- Make kisdangerous() memory checks more accurate on aarch64
- Remove sys_open() since it's not available on Linux AARCH64

This change makes general improvements to Cosmo and Redbean:

- Introduce GetHostIsa() function in Redbean
- You can now feature check using pledge(0, 0)
- You can now feature check using unveil("",0)
- Refactor some more x86-specific asm comments
- Refactor and write docs for some libm functions
- Make the mmap() API behave more similar to Linux
- Fix WIFSIGNALED() which wrongly returned true for zero
- Rename some obscure cosmo keywords from noFOO to dontFOO

SYNOPSIS

System Five Import Libraries

OVERVIEW

Bell System Five is the umbrella term we use to describe Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and Mac OS X which all have nearly-identical application binary interfaces that stood the test of time, having definitions nearly the same as those of AT&T back in the 1980's.

Cosmopolitan aims to help you build apps that can endure over the course of decades, just like these systems have: without needing to lift a finger for maintenance churn, broken builds, broken hearts.

The challenge to System V binary compatibility basically boils down to numbers. All these systems agree on what services are provided, but tend to grant them wildly different numbers.

We address this by putting all the numbers in a couple big shell scripts, ask the GNU Assembler to encode them into binaries using an efficient LEB128 encoding, unpacked by _init(), and ref'd via extern const. It gives us good debuggability, and any costs are gained back by fewer branches in wrapper functions.z
