At least in neovim, `│vi:` is not recognized as a modeline because it has no preceding whitespace. After fixing this, opening a file yields an error because `net` is not an option. (`noet`, however, is.)

* Locks mutex.
*
* Here's an example of using a normal mutex:
*
* pthread_mutex_t lock = PTHREAD_MUTEX_INITIALIZER;
* pthread_mutex_lock(&lock);
* // do work...
* pthread_mutex_unlock(&lock);
* pthread_mutex_destroy(&lock);
*
* Cosmopolitan permits succinct notation for normal mutexes:
*
* pthread_mutex_t lock = {0};
* pthread_mutex_lock(&lock);
* // do work...
* pthread_mutex_unlock(&lock);
*
* Here's an example of the proper way to do recursive mutexes:
*
* pthread_mutex_t lock;
* pthread_mutexattr_t attr;
* pthread_mutexattr_init(&attr);
* pthread_mutexattr_settype(&attr, PTHREAD_MUTEX_RECURSIVE);
* pthread_mutex_init(&lock, &attr);
* pthread_mutexattr_destroy(&attr);
* pthread_mutex_lock(&lock);
* // do work...
* pthread_mutex_unlock(&lock);
* pthread_mutex_destroy(&lock);
*
* This function does nothing in vfork() children.
*
* @return 0 on success, or error number on failure
* @see pthread_spin_lock()
* @vforksafe
