fix: inaccruate 401 & sql busy error (#679)

* fix inaccruate 401 error on SQL db error

* init golangci-lint config

* linter autofix

* testify auto fixes

* fix sqlite busy errors

* fix naming

* more linter errors

* fix rest of linter issues
