ACPI: scan: Rearrange checks in acpi_bus_check_add()

Rearrange the checks in acpi_bus_check_add() to avoid checking
the "type" twice and take "check_dep" into account only for
ACPI_TYPE_DEVICE objects.

No intentional functional impact.
