ptp: fix code indentation issues 

This fixes the following checkpatch.pl errors:

ERROR: code indent should use tabs where possible
+^I        if (ptp->pps_source)$

ERROR: code indent should use tabs where possible

ERROR: code indent should use tabs where possible
+^I                kthread_destroy_worker(ptp->kworker);$
