KVM: selftests: Probe -no-pie with actual CFLAGS used to compile

Probe -no-pie with the actual set of CFLAGS used to compile the tests,

-static.

clang: warning: argument unused during compilation: '-no-pie'
  [-Wunused-command-line-argument]
