Input: psmouse - cleanup Focaltech code 

psmouse->name "Focaltech Touchpad" is an overkill. In xinput it is too long
as "FocaltechPS/2 Focaltech Focaltech Touchpad"

In focaltech_report_state() pointer to psmouse->dev is already stored as
*dev
