staging: use eth_hw_addr_set() for dev->addr_len cases

Convert all staging drivers from memcpy(... dev->addr_len)
to eth_hw_addr_set():

  + eth_hw_addr_set(dev, np)

Manually confirmed these are all etherdevices.
