fs/proc/Kconfig: fix indentation

Adjust indentation from spaces to tab (+optional two spaces) as in
coding style with command like:
        $ sed -e 's/^        /	/' -i */Kconfig

[adobriyan@gmail.com: add two spaces where necessary]
