HID: uclogic: Modular KUnit tests should not depend on KUNIT=y

[ Upstream commit 49904a0ebf ]

on "KUNIT=y", this is not true for modular tests, where it adds an
unnecessary limitation.

Fix this by relaxing the dependency to "KUNIT".
