drm/vram-helpers: Add helpers for prepare_fb() and cleanup_fb()

The new helpers pin and unpin a framebuffer's GEM VRAM objects during
plane updates. This should be sufficient for most drivers' implementation
of prepare_fb() and cleanup_fb().
