[ALSA] Make CONFIG_SND_CS46XX_NEW_DSP yes as default

Browse source 
Removed from CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL from CONFIG_SND_CS46XX_NEW_DSP, and
make default to yes.  This option works fine for years.
