sound fixes for 4.5-rc7
It's our tradition to get a high volume of fixes late at rc7: this time, X32 ABI breakage was found and this resulted in a high number LOCs. The necessary changes to ALSA core codes were fairly straightforward, and more importantly, they are specific to X32, thus should be safe to apply.
