ia64,export.h: replace EXPORT_DATA_SYMBOL* with EXPORT_SYMBOL*

With the previous refactoring, you can always use EXPORT_SYMBOL*.

Replace two instances in ia64, then remove EXPORT_DATA_SYMBOL*.
