ARM: dts: Add DT for Hitex LPC4350 Evaluation Board

Add basic support for Hitex LPC4350 Evaluation Board. Board
features a LPC4350 Soc, 8 MB SDRAM, 8 MB SPI Flash, USB and
Ethernet.
