iio: mlx90614: Drop MLX90614_CONST_EMISSIVITY_RESOLUTION

The MLX90614_CONST_EMISSIVITY_RESOLUTION can be calculated from
MLX90614_CONST_RAW_EMISSIVITY_MAX, perform the calculation inline
and drio the MLX90614_CONST_EMISSIVITY_RESOLUTION.
