dt-bindings: usb: dwc3: drop 'snps,host-vbus-glitches-quirk'
Drop 'snps,host-vbus-glitches-quirk'. It is safer to keep vbus disabled before handing over to xhci driver. Needn't this property to control enable workaround. Apply workaround unconditional.
