regulator: qcom-labibb: Document SCP/OCP interrupts

Short-Circuit Protection (SCP) and Over-Current Protection (OCP) are
now implemented in the driver: document the interrupts.
This also fixes wrong documentation about the SCP interrupt for LAB.
