power_supply: Add additional health properties to the header

Add HEALTH_WARM, HEALTH_COOL and HEALTH_HOT to the health enum.

HEALTH_WARM, HEALTH_COOL, and HEALTH_HOT properties are taken
from JEITA specification JISC8712:2015
