crypto/chtls:Fix compile error when CONFIG_IPV6 is disabled

Fix compile errors,warnings when CONFIG_IPV6 is disabled and
inconsistent indenting.

v1->v2:
- Corrected errors/warnings reported when used newer gcc version,
  unused array.
