mips: bmips: bcm6358: populate device tree nodes 

- Rename periph_clk to periph_osc.
- Rename clkctl to periph_clk.
- Move syscon-reboot to subnode.
- Add watchdog.
- Add SPI controller.
- Add USBH PHY.
- Add cfi-flash.
