ARM: OMAP2+: remove superfluous NULL pointer check

Browse source 
The NULL pointer check for superset->muxnames will always evaluate
true since muxnames is an array within struct omap_mux. Remove the
superfluous check to avoid warnings when using LLVM/clang.
