x86/fpu/xstate: Add supervisor PASID state for ENQCMD

The ENQCMD instruction reads a PASID from the IA32_PASID MSR. The
MSR is stored in the task's supervisor XSAVE* PASID state and is
context-switched by XSAVES/XRSTORS.
