arm64: dts: renesas: spider-cpu: Add I2C4 and EEPROMs

Browse source 
Enable the I2C4 bus on the Falcon CPU board, and describe the I2C EEPROMs
present on the Spider CPU and BreakOut boards.

Extracted from a larger patch in the BSP by LUU HOAI.
