pinctrl: freescale: imx: Use 'devm_of_iomap()' to avoid a resource leak in case of error in 'imx_pinctrl_probe()' 

Use 'devm_of_iomap()' instead 'of_iomap()' to avoid a resource leak in
case of error.

Update the error handling code accordingly.
