btrfs: sysfs, rename btrfs_sysfs_add_device()

btrfs_sysfs_add_device() creates the directory
/sys/fs/btrfs/UUID/devices but its function name is misleading. Rename
it to btrfs_sysfs_add_devices_kobj() instead. No functional changes.
