lib: devres: Add managed arch_io_reserve_memtype_wc()

Add devm_arch_io_reserve_memtype_wc() as managed wrapper around
arch_io_reserve_memtype_wc(). Useful for several graphics drivers
that set framebuffer memory to write combining.
