fs/file: Replace synchronize_sched() with synchronize_rcu()

This commit therefore makes this change. Signed-off-by: Paul E. McKenney <paulmck@linux.ibm.com> Cc: Alexander Viro <viro@zeniv.linux.org.uk> Cc: <linux-fsdevel@vger.kernel.org>
