Merge branches 'core-locking-for-linus' and 'timers-urgent-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip

Pull trivial fix branches from Ingo Molnar.

Cleanup in __get_key_name, and a timer comment fixlet.
