drm/amd/display: fix compile warning in dml

[Why]
gcc version 5.4.0 fails compilation with:
‘PixelPTEReqHeightPTEs’ may be used uninitialized in this function
[-Werror=maybe-uninitialized]

[How]
Initialized variable explicitly with 0
