accel/qaic: Use devm_drm_dev_alloc() instead of drm_dev_alloc()

Since drm_dev_alloc() is deprecated it is recommended to use
devm_drm_dev_alloc() instead. Update the driver to start using
devm_drm_dev_alloc().
