staging: rtl8723bs: Remove function rtw_btcoex_GetDBG()

Browse source 
Remove function rtw_btcoex_GetDBG as all it does is call
hal_btcoex_GetDBG.
Modify call site accordingly.
Issue found with Coccinelle.
