kbuild: rename any-prereq to newer-prereqs

GNU Make manual says:

  $?
      The names of all the prerequisites that are newer than the target,
      with spaces between them.

To reflect this, rename any-prereq to newer-prereqs, which is clearer
and more intuitive.
