staging: tidspbridge: dynamically allocate my_sym_buf in dload_symbols

Dynamically allocate my_sym_buf to silence the following warning:

drivers/staging/tidspbridge/dynload/cload.c:
    In function 'dload_symbols':
drivers/staging/tidspbridge/dynload/cload.c:890:
warning: the frame size of 1040 bytes is larger than 1024 bytes
