Merge branch 'broonie/spi-next' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/misc.git

Minor features and bug fixes for PXA, OMAP and GPIO deivce drivers and a
cosmetic change to the bitbang driver.
