ARM: OMAP: hwmod: Fix up hwmod based clkdm accesses

hwmod uses deferencing the clk pointer to acccess the clkdm.
With COMMON clk hwoever this will need to be deferenced through
the clk_hw_omap pointer, so do the necessary changes.
