kbuild: merge two 'ifdef CONFIG_TRIM_UNUSED_KSYMS' blocks 

This hunk has two 'ifdef CONFIG_TRIM_UNUSED_KSYMS ... endif' blocks
with no other code interleaved. Merge them.
