drm/arm/malidp: Enable/disable interrupts in runtime pm

Display and scaling engine interrupts need to be disabled when the
runtime pm invokes malidp_runtime_pm_suspend(). Conversely, they
need to be enabled in malidp_runtime_pm_resume().
