Merge branches 'clk-typo', 'clk-json-schema', 'clk-mtk-2712-eco' and 'clk-rockchip' into clk-next

- Convert a few clk bindings to JSON schema format
 - 3rd ECO fix for Mediatek MT2712 SoCs
