Armin Wolf 41cd437327 hwmon: (dell-smm) Improve documentation
Notify users of this driver that each pwmX
attribute controls fan number X, meaning that
probing of pwm channels is unnecessary.

Armin Wolf c8e5e37a60 hwmon: (dell-smm) Update Documentation regarding firmware bugs
When adding the Inspiron 3505 to the fan type blacklist,

Armin Wolf e0d3f7cb26 hwmon: (dell-smm) Add cooling device support
Until now, only the temperature sensors where exported thru
the thermal subsystem. Export the fans as "dell-smm-fan[1-3]" too
to make them available as cooling devices.
Also update Documentation and fix a minor issue with the alphabetic
ordering of the includes.

Armin Wolf ec3db1ecf6 hwmon: (dell-smm) Add SMM interface documentation
Document the SMM interface as requested by Pali Rohar.
Since Dell does not offer any offical documentation
regarding the SMM interface, the necessary information
was extracted from the dell_smm_hwmon driver and other
sources.

Armin Wolf b1986c8e31 hwmon: (dell-smm) Add support for fanX_min, fanX_max and fanX_target
The nominal speed of each fan can be obtained with
i8k_get_fan_nominal_speed(), however the result is not available
from userspace.
Change that by adding fanX_min, fanX_max and fanX_target attributes.
All are RO since fan control happens over pwm.

Tested on a Dell Inspiron 3505 and a Dell Latitude C600.

Giovanni Mascellani 4a1288f1c1 dell-smm-hwmon: Add documentation
Part of the documentation is taken from the README of the userspace
utils (https://github.com/vitorafsr/i8kutils). The license is GPL-2+
and the author Massimo Dal Zotto is already credited as author of
the module. Therefore there should be no copyright problem.

I also added a paragraph with specific information on the experimental
support for automatic BIOS fan control.
