Alexander Shishkin 3ef230370e stm class: Update documentation to match the new identification rules

Changbin Du 1606f8d8e7 trace doc: convert trace/stm.txt to rst format 
This converts the plain text documentation to reStructuredText format and
add it into Sphinx TOC tree. No essential content change.
