fs: drop unused posix acl handlers
Remove struct posix_acl_{access,default}_handler for all filesystems
that don't depend on the xattr handler in their inode->i_op->listxattr()
method in any way. There's nothing more to do than to simply remove the
handler. It's been effectively unused ever since we introduced the new
posix acl api.

Thomas Gleixner 09c434b8a0 treewide: Add SPDX license identifier for more missed files
Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

 - Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial
   scan/conversion to ignore the file

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

  GPL-2.0-only

Peng Tao 1a04c6e1a2 nfsv3: introduce nfs3_set_ds_client
The flexfiles layout wants to create DS connection over NFSv3.
Add nfs3_set_ds_client to allow that to happen.

Anna Schumaker cb8c20fa53 NFS: Move NFS v3 acl functions to nfs3_fs.h
This code is internal to the v3 module, so other parts of the client
shouldn't have any knowledge of it.

nfs3_getxattr(), nfs3_setxattr(), and nfs3_removexattr() no longer exist
anywhere so I remove the declarations while I'm here.

Christoph Hellwig 013cdf1088 nfs: use generic posix ACL infrastructure for v3 Posix ACLs
This causes a small behaviour change in that we don't bother to set
ACLs on file creation if the mode bit can express the access permissions
fully, and thus behaving identical to local filesystems.

Bryan Schumaker 1c606fb74c NFS: Convert v3 into a module
This patch exports symbols and moves over the final structures needed by
the v3 module. In addition, I also switch over to using IS_ENABLED() to
check if CONFIG_NFS_V3 or CONFIG_NFS_V3_MODULE are set.

The module (nfs3.ko) will be created in the same directory as nfs.ko and
will be automatically loaded the first time you try to mount over NFS v3.

Bryan Schumaker ab7017a3a0 NFS: Add version registering framework
This patch adds in the code to track multiple versions of the NFS
protocol. I created default structures for v2, v3 and v4 so that each
version can continue to work while I convert them into kernel modules.
I also removed the const parameter from the rpc_version array so that I
can change it at runtime.
