The ext4.rst file does not exist anymore. This patch changes all references
to point to the whole ext4 directory.

c03e2fa753 docs: fix some broken documentation references
Some documentation files received recent changes and are
pointing to wrong places.

Those references can easily fixed with the help of a
script:

91581e4c60 fs/*/Kconfig: drop links to 404-compliant http://acl.bestbits.at
This link is replicated in most filesystems' config stanzas. Referring
to an archived version of that site is pointless as it mostly deals with
patches; user documentation is available elsewhere.

c290ea01ab fs: Remove ext3 filesystem driver
The functionality of ext3 is fully supported by ext4 driver. Major
distributions (SUSE, RedHat) already use ext4 driver to handle ext3
filesystems for quite some time. There is some ugliness in mm resulting
from jbd cleaning buffers in a dirty page without cleaning page dirty
bit and also support for buffer bouncing in the block layer when stable
pages are required is there only because of jbd. So let's remove the
ext3 driver. This saves us some 28k lines of duplicated code.

9c3ce9ec58 ext2: get rid of most mentions of XIP in ext2
To help people transition, accept the 'xip' mount option (and report it in
/proc/mounts), but print a message encouraging people to switch over to
the 'dax' option.

ce05b2a9db Doc fix: ext2 can only have 32,000 subdirs, not 32,768
ext2.txt says that dirs can have 32,768 subdirs, but the actual value of
EXT2_LINK_MAX is 32000.

ext3 is the same, but the doc does not mention it. One of ext4's features
is to "fix 32000 subdirectory limit".

1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
