ASoC: SOF: Add placeholder for platform IPC type and path overrides
Add a struct sof_loadable_file_profile which can be filled by platforms
(sof-acpi-dev.c, sof-of-dev.c and sof-acpi-dev.c) to be able to use common,
generic code to handle path customization.

ASoC: SOF: Pass PCI SSID to machine driver
Pass the PCI SSID of the audio interface through to the machine driver.
This allows the machine driver to use the SSID to uniquely identify the
specific hardware configuration and apply any platform-specific
configuration.

struct snd_sof_pdata is passed around inside the SOF code, but it then
passes configuration information to the machine driver through
struct snd_soc_acpi_mach and struct snd_soc_acpi_mach_params. So SSID
information has been added to both snd_sof_pdata and
snd_soc_acpi_mach_params.

PCI does not define 0x0000 as an invalid value so we can't use zero to
indicate that the struct member was not written. Instead a flag is
included to indicate that a value has been written to the
subsystem_vendor and subsystem_device members.

sof_pci_probe() creates the struct snd_sof_pdata. It is passed a struct
pci_dev so it can fill in the SSID value.

sof_machine_check() finds the appropriate struct snd_soc_acpi_mach. It
copies the SSID information across to the struct snd_soc_acpi_mach_params.
This done before calling any custom set_mach_params() so that it could be
used by the set_mach_params() callback to apply variant params.

The machine driver receives the struct snd_soc_acpi_mach as its
platform_data.

ASoC: SOF: Add flag and state which will be used for DSP-less mode
The DSPless mode of the ASoC/SOF driver can be used for hardware
verification and debug on platforms with HDaudio codecs. The DSP mode is
still needed on existing platforms for SSP, DMIC, SoundWire interfaces
managed by the GP-DMA.

This mode is also helpful to compare the legacy HDaudio driver with the
ASoC/SOF driver wrt. codec management and handling. In theory we use the
same code but differences are sometimes seen on jack detection and event
handling.

ASoC: SOF: Add path definition for external firmware libraries
IPC4 based firmware supports dynamically loaded external libraries.
The libraries will be not stored alongside of the firmware or tplg files.

For intel platforms the default path will be:
intel/avs-lib|sof-ipc4-lib/<platform>/ if a community key is used on the
given machine then the libraries will be under 'community' directory, like
it is done for the firmware itself.

ASoC: SOF: Introduce function sof_of_machine_select
From current design in sof_machine_check and snd_sof_new_platform_drv,
the SOF can only support ACPI type machine.

1. In sof_machine_check if there is no ACPI machine exist, the function
will return -ENODEV directly, that's we don't expected if we do not
base on ACPI machine.

2. In snd_sof_new_platform_drv the component driver need a driver name
to do ignore_machine, currently the driver name is obtained from
machine->drv_name, and the type of machine is snd_soc_acpi_mach.

So we add a new function named sof_of_machine_select that we can pass
sof_machine_check and obtain info required by snd_sof_new_platform_drv.

ASoC: SOF: remove const qualifier for 'struct snd_sof_dsp_ops'
Now that we start having multiple platforms with minor variants, the
use of the const qualifier for 'dsp_ops' is starting to be
sub-optimal: the structures are copied across platforms, with only a
couple of members that differ.

This patch removes the const qualifier without any functionality
changes, and adds an optional initialization callback. In follow-up
patches, the dsp_ops will revisited for Intel HDaudio platforms, with
the differences added programmatically over a common baseline.

The Intel IPCv4 is only supported on Intel platforms after APL, and
not by default. In follow-up patches, support for SKL and KBL will be
added, and in those two cases the IPCv4 will be the default (and only

ASoC: SOF: Introduce default_fw_filename member in sof_dev_desc
Currently the FW filename is obtained from the ACPI matching
table when determining which machine driver to use. In
preparation for making the machine driver ACPI match optional
for Device Tree platforms and moving the machine driver selection
out of the SOF core, this patch introduces the default_fw_filename
member in struct sof_dev_desc.

Once the machine driver selection is moved out of SOF core,
the nocodec_fw_filename will become obsolete and will be removed.

ASoC: SOF: support alternate list of machines
For cases where an interface can be pin-muxed, we need to assess at
probe time which configuration should be used. In cases such as
SoundWire, we need to maintain an alternate list of machines and walk
through them when the primary detection based on ACPI _HID fails.

ASoC: SOF: Add Nocodec machine driver support
Add a simple "fallback" machine driver that can be used to enable SOF
on boards with no codec device. This machine driver can also be forced
for debug/development.

ASoC: SOF: Add Sound Open Firmware driver core
The Sound Open Firmware driver core is a generic architecture
independent layer that allows SOF to be used on many different
architectures and platforms. It abstracts DSP operations and IO
methods so that the target DSP can be an internal memory mapped or
external SPI or I2C based device. This abstraction also allows SOF to
be run on many different VMs on the same physical HW.

SOF also requires some data in ASoC PCM runtime data for looking up
SOF data during ASoC PCM operations.
