c8715a8e9f ipmr: Add high byte of VIF ID to igmpmsg
Use the unused3 byte in struct igmpmsg to hold the high 8 bits of the
VIF ID.

If using more than 255 IPv4 multicast interfaces it is necessary to have
access to a VIF ID for cache reports that is wider than 8 bits, the VIF
ID present in the igmpmsg reports sent to mroute_sk was only 8 bits wide
in the igmpmsg header. Adding the high 8 bits of the 16 bit VIF ID in
the unused byte allows use of more than 255 IPv4 multicast interfaces.

501cb00890 ipmr: Add route table ID to netlink cache reports
Insert the multicast route table ID as a Netlink attribute to Netlink
cache report notifications.

When multiple route tables are in use it is necessary to have a way to
determine which route table a given cache report belongs to when
receiving the cache report.

ca8d4794f6 ipmr: ip6mr: Create new sockopt to clear mfc cache or vifs
Currently the only way to clear the forwarding cache was to delete the
entries one by one using the MRT_DEL_MFC socket option or to destroy and
recreate the socket.

Create a new socket option which with the use of optional flags can
clear any combination of multicast entries (static or not static) and
multicast vifs (static or not static).

Calling the new socket option MRT_FLUSH with the flags MRT_FLUSH_MFC and
MRT_FLUSH_VIFS will clear all entries and vifs on the socket except for
static entries.

c921c2077b net: ipmr: add support for passing full packet on wrong vif
This patch adds support for IGMPMSG_WRVIFWHOLE which is used to pass
full packet and real vif id when the incoming interface is wrong.
While the RP and FHR are setting up state we need to be sending the
registers encapsulated with all the data inside otherwise we lose it.
The RP then decapsulates it and forwards it to the interested parties.
Currently with WRONGVIF we can only be sending empty register packets
and will lose that data.
This behaviour can be enabled by using MRT_PIM with
val == IGMPMSG_WRVIFWHOLE. This doesn't prevent IGMPMSG_WRONGVIF from
happening, it happens in addition to it, also it is controlled by the same
throttling parameters as WRONGVIF (i.e. 1 packet per 3 seconds currently).
Both messages are generated to keep backwards compatibily and avoid
breaking someone who was enabling MRT_PIM with val == 4, since any
positive val is accepted and treated the same.

6f52b16c5b License cleanup: add SPDX license identifier to uapi header files with no license
Many user space API headers are missing licensing information, which
makes it hard for compliance tools to determine the correct license.

By default are files without license information under the default
license of the kernel, which is GPLV2. Marking them GPLV2 would exclude
them from being included in non GPLV2 code, which is obviously not
intended. The user space API headers fall under the syscall exception
which is in the kernels COPYING file:

NOTE! This copyright does *not* cover user programs that use kernel
services by normal system calls - this is merely considered normal use
of the kernel, and does *not* fall under the heading of "derived work".

otherwise syscall usage would not be possible.

Update the files which contain no license information with an SPDX
license identifier. The chosen identifier is 'GPL-2.0 WITH
Linux-syscall-note' which is the officially assigned identifier for the
Linux syscall exception. SPDX license identifiers are a legally binding
shorthand, which can be used instead of the full boiler plate text.

This patch is based on work done by Thomas Gleixner and Kate Stewart and
Philippe Ombredanne. See the previous patch in this series for the
methodology of how this patch was researched.

5a645dd86c ipmr: add netlink notifications on igmpmsg cache reports
Add Netlink notifications on cache reports in ipmr, in addition to the
existing igmpmsg sent to mroute_sk.
Send RTM_NEWCACHEREPORT notifications to RTNLGRP_IPV4_MROUTE_R.

MSGTYPE, VIF_ID, SRC_ADDR and DST_ADDR Netlink attributes contain the
same data as their equivalent fields in the igmpmsg header.
PKT attribute is the packet sent to mroute_sk, without the added igmpmsg
header.

772c344dbb net: ipmr: add getlink support
Currently there's no way to dump the VIF table for an ipmr table other
than the default (via proc). This is a major issue when debugging ipmr
issues and in general it is good to know which interfaces are
configured. This patch adds support for RTM_GETLINK for the ipmr family
so we can dump the VIF table and the ipmr table's current config for
each table. We're protected by rtnl so no need to acquire RCU or
mrt_lock.

660b26dc1a mcast: add multicast proxy support (IPv4 and IPv6)
This patch add the support of proxy multicast, ie being able to build a static
multicast tree. It adds the support of (*,*) and (*,G) entries.

The user should define an (*,*) entry which is not used for real forwarding.
This entry defines the upstream in iif and contains all interfaces from the
static tree in its oifs. It will be used to forward packet upstream when they
come from an interface belonging to the static tree.
Hence, the user should define (*,G) entries to build its static tree. Note that
upstream interface must be part of oifs: packets are sent to all oifs
interfaces except the input interface. This ensures to always join the whole
static tree, even if the packet is not coming from the upstream interface.
